"Before earning my doctorate from the University of Florida and becoming a professor at a top research university and a contributing writer with Forbes, I attended Bryn Mawr College and the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Over the course of my career, I have published more than 40 peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, and research reports, and I have also served as an AP reader.

With more than a decade of tutoring experience, I have supported high school, college, and graduate students with academic writing, course assignments, research development, theses, dissertations, AP Seminar classes, AP Research classes, and college counseling. I have taught at colleges and universities across the United States and worked with students worldwide, helping them build confidence and achieve academic success.
