"Hi, I'm JT! I earned a PhD in Astrophysics after completing undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Physics. This background has given me a solid foundation in advanced math and science, including areas like differential equations, linear algebra, and real analysis. Along the way, I’ve gained experience explaining these subjects in ways that are clear and approachable, helping students feel more confident as they work through challenging material.

My teaching experience includes serving as a teaching assistant for astronomy courses, where I supported students in both conceptual and mathematical components of the subject. I have also tutored college students in real analysis, linear algebra, and differential equations, and earlier worked with high school students in algebra and calculus. These experiences have given me the chance to work with learners of different ages and backgrounds, both in classroom settings and one-on-one.
