"Hi, I'm Christie! I graduated cum laude from New York University with a Bachelor's in Chemistry, and a minor in French. While in undergrad, I was premed and have taken all relevant pre-requisite courses for medical school. I am currently a Chemistry PhD student at the University of Pittsburgh and intend to begin my MD studies in two years as part of the MD-PhD program. No one in my family was pre-med or majored in STEM, so I really had to take the time to learn things from the ground up without much help.
