"Last minute and late night availability. I teach biology, genetics, anatomy, and bioinformatics in a way that actually makes sense. My focus is helping students understand the material, work through problems step-by-step, and feel confident in what they’re doing. I’m patient, thorough, and able to explain difficult topics without overcomplicating them.

I’m a PhD student in Molecular Biosciences at Middle Tennessee State University with over 8+ years of experience teaching and tutoring biology, genetics, anatomy, chemistry, physiology, and bioinformatics. I’ve served as a graduate teaching assistant in General Biology and Anatomy & Physiology I labs and have mentored 20+ undergraduate researchers; two of whom completed honors theses involving bioinformatics. I’ve also tutored through MTSU’s student-athlete program for four years and presented at regional and national scientific conferences.

Many students study late, so I offer late-night tutoring sessions when most tutors aren’t available. I also provide written feedback or notes without a meeting for students who prefer asynchronous help.
