"I hold a PhD in Neuroscience with 10+ years of academic training in biology, biochemistry, genetics, and physiology. My background includes undergraduate and graduate level coursework and research focused on understanding biological systems from the molecular level through neural circuits and behavior, with a specialization in addiction genetics and neuroscience. My research experience has centered on animal behavioral studies, providing a strong foundation in experimental design, data interpretation, and mechanistic thinking across the life sciences. Over the course of my academic training, I have taught and mentored students for nearly 6 years, including approximately 4 years working with undergraduate students and 2 years working with graduate students, primarily in one on one and small group settings. During this time, I also served as a neurobiology lecturer and guest professor at several universities.

My tutoring experience focuses on college students and adult learners, typically ages eighteen and older, who are enrolled in rigorous science courses such as neuroscience, biology, biochemistry, genetics, and physiology. I help students prepare for exams, review lecture material, interpret figures and experimental data, and strengthen conceptual foundations for upper level coursework and professional programs.
