"Hey! I’m Dr. Mayuri P, a PhD neuroscientist with a deep passion for making brain science clear, engaging, and approachable. My background spans neuroscience research, strategy consulting at LEK, and professional acting, which means I know how to combine science with performance to help concepts stick. My PhD background over 7 years focused on studying how the prefrontal cortex plays a role in feeding behaviors and decision making to sensory stimuli like odors. I also taught neurobiology lab courses in person during my Masters degree. My goal is to break down complex topics and relate them to ideas that you are already familiar with to make science less complicated.
