"I hold a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Tyler. Over the past 12 years, I’ve taught and tutored a wide range of students, from middle schoolers to graduate students, in subjects such as chemistry, biology, math, anatomy and physiology, and computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. My teaching experience spans classroom instruction, laboratory settings, workshops, and one-on-one sessions.

My tutoring style is structured but conversational. I focus on building confidence, improving grades, and helping students develop effective study skills. I believe that every student can succeed if given the right tools and support. Often, success comes down to reframing how a student sees a problem and giving them the confidence to tackle it. I emphasize intuitive problem-solving, critical thinking, and personalized learning, because no two students are the same, and learning should never be one-size-fits-all.
