"My favorite part of tutoring is watching a tough topic finally click. I am a PhD student in cancer biology with extensive experience helping students build confidence in science. I spent six semesters as a teaching assistant for general biology labs, working with both majors and non-majors on experiments, reports, and core concepts. I also led freshman chemistry Supplemental Instruction for four semesters, running weekly study sessions, creating original worksheets, and later mentoring other SI leaders on clear communication and effective study habits.
