I graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology: Cognitive Neuroscience. I went on to earn my MD from the University of Massachusetts and am currently a resident physician in Internal Medicine.
Having successfully navigated both the medical school and residency application processes, I specialize in helping pre-health students craft compelling, authentic, and well-structured application essays. I have 4+ years of experience editing AMCAS, AACOMAS, and ERAS personal statements, activities sections, and secondary/supplemental essays.
My editing process supports students at every stage of writing—from brainstorming and idea generation to grammar refinement, structural flow, and word choice. I’ve helped students gain admission to a wide range of programs, including U.S. MD and DO schools (with acceptances to several top 20 MD programs), as well as other pre-professional paths like PA, dental, CRNA, and NP programs. My goal is always to help students present their experiences and goals in a clear, engaging, and professional voice.
Students typically send me drafts for independent edits (returned within 24–72 hours), or schedule live video sessions if they’re starting from scratch or need help developing ideas. I adapt my approach to each student’s communication and learning style, and I always strive to be prompt, approachable, and responsive." less...
