"Hello, My name is Brandon. I live in Perrysburg, OH and I am looking for Math and Physics tutoring clients.I specialize in tutoring Calculus and Physics. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in physics and a minor in math from the University of Houston in 2017 and a PhD. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan 2022.

While at the University of Houston I tutored Physics for the Scholar Enrichment Program (SEP) for 2 semesters, and taught a University Physics II discussion section for 1 semester. During my final semester of my time at UH I tutored for Bay Area Learning Center specializing in HS and college level physics, but did occasionally tutor Algebra and Calculus. During my PhD I was a graduate student instructor for Intro to Materials Science, holding office hours for students that needed extra assistance.

A little bit about myself. I currently work as a research and development engineer for a utility scale solar company in the Toledo metropolitan area. Despite my advanced degrees, I am not some sort of savant. I completed them through sheer will and perseverance, and myself often times struggled. I use this experience in my teaching style. I often remember the concepts that I struggled with on my educational journey and put extra emphasis on these.
