"I have a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Notre Dame, and I’ve taught multiple physics courses at the university level, including introductory mechanics and electromagnetism. I’ve also worked one-on-one with more than 100 students in both physics and math, from middle school through college courses. This range of experience has helped me learn how to explain concepts clearly no matter where a student is starting from.

I tutor physics and math at any level, whether you’re just beginning Algebra or working through Calculus-based Physics. I focus on helping students actually understand the “why” behind the steps, not just memorize formulas. When a student understands the core idea, problems become much easier and confidence grows quickly.

My teaching style is patient, calm, and step-by-step. I listen first, get a sense of how you’re thinking about the problem, and then guide you to a clearer approach. Many students come to me feeling overwhelmed or unsure, and end up realizing these subjects are much more manageable with the right explanation and practice.
