"I am a highly organized PMP-Certified Education and Monitoring and Evaluation Professional with 10+ years of combined experience as an educator, data analyst, and project manager. I hold a BA from St. Olaf College, a MAR from Yale University, and an Ed.M. from Harvard University. I am currently a doctoral candidate (Ed.D.) in Human and Organizational Learning (HOL) with a focus on learning, leadership, and change, particularly in neurodiverse contexts. I am also certified as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and have extensive experience working with children and adults with physical and developmental differences.
