I am a PMP-certified Project Management professional with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale programs and initiatives across healthcare, commercial, and federal organizations. I hold a master’s degree in psychology, which helps me connect with learners and make project management concepts clear, practical, and easy to apply.

Throughout my career, I have mentored many junior project managers and analysts (so adult age learners), helping them grow into confident professionals who understand both the processes and people skills needed for successful project delivery. I have worked with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid teams, so I can help students understand not just the theory, but how to apply it in real-world scenarios.

In addition to mentoring, I have delivered training sessions and spoken at industry conferences, sharing best practices in project management, Agile methodologies, and leadership. These experiences allow me to bring practical, real-world examples into tutoring sessions, helping students see how concepts work in action.
