"Mathematics is my passion and I enjoy helping children learn all math subjects from Arithmetic up to Algebra. I delight in the feeling of participating in and observing a young child finally succeed at a problem in which they previously struggled with. I know that I have succeeded when I see that “Aha! moment” and I can tell that they have really grasped the whole concept from beginning to end.

I loved studying math as my favorite subject in grade school and throughout college. I will always continue to appreciate math as a lifelong skill and believe that it is a necessary skill for children of all ages to have. I love math because it is beautiful and fun, logical and truthful, simple and complex. My degree is in Applied Mathematics from SJSU in which I have excelled in pre-calculus, calculus, and many more upper level courses.
