"Hello, my name is Anthony and I'm 24 years old. I work in Santa Monica in the medical field and I'm currently studying for the MCAT exam. I earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California in 2024, and have extensive experience working with younger students in both academic and instructional settings. Throughout high school, I regularly tutored elementary, middle school, and high school students in mathematics, helping them build foundational skills in arithmetic, fractions, algebra basics, and calculus. These sessions were conducted one-on-one and focused on reinforcing classroom material, improving confidence, and adapting explanations to each student’s learning style and pace.

In addition to academic tutoring, I spent several years teaching swim lessons to young children in both individual and small-group settings. This experience strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, remain patient, and adjust instruction for different developmental levels and learning needs. Teaching swimming required breaking complex skills into simple steps, offering encouragement, and creating a supportive environment where students felt comfortable making mistakes and learning from them.
