"Hi everyone I'm Michael, but I go by Anthony a lot which is my middle name. And here's a little bit about myself.

I graduated at the top of my Paramedicine class with a perfect 4.0 GPA, earning my Associate of Applied Science in Paramedicine and a place on the Dean’s List year after year. I passed both my program’s final exams and the National Registry on my very first attempt. The same kind of success I now help my students achieve.

I’m a nationally registered paramedic with four years of experience across multiple states, working in both long-distance, high-acuity transport roles and acute symptom guided emergency response always seen when someone calls 911.

Don’t underestimate my four years of clinical experience. Right from graduation, I set my sights on becoming a flight medic and working with the most critically ill patients. During this time, I dedicated myself to extensive self-study. Diving into every relevant resource I could find. This included Dr. Tintinalli’s 7th edition of Emergency Medicine, texts on critical laboratory values, mechanical ventilator management guides for respiratory therapists, advanced airway management manuals, and critical care nursing literature. My goal was to develop the skills necessary to accurately assess patients and implement treatment plans that effectively address their underlying disease processes from the outset.

I recently completed my Flight Medic program with Flightbridge Ed and am currently preparing for the board exam. Over time, I’ve significantly expanded my teaching experience, working with new Emergency Medical Providers at local volunteer EMS and fire agencies. I assist recent EMT graduates as they prepare for their National Registry exams and am beginning to engage with paramedic students as well. Looking ahead, my goal is to continue teaching while also delivering full EMT courses to new students." less...
