"Hello! My name is Lori, and I’m a rising sophomore at Princeton University pursuing a B.S.E. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, with prospective minors in Neuroscience and Dance. I graduated from Staten Island Technical High School with a 4.0 GPA, where I took a rigorous course load in math, science and engineering, as well as the humanities. At Princeton, I’ve continued to strengthen my academic background through courses in Java programming, multivariable calculus, advanced physics, and chemistry. Outside the classroom, I’m actively involved in leadership roles, such as serving as the Assistant Artistic Director of a student-run dance company and as an Event Supervisor for the Princeton University Science Olympiad Invitational, a national-level high school science competition.

I have experience teaching dance to children ages 6–10, which has helped me develop patience, creativity, and strong communication skills—qualities I aim to bring to academic tutoring. In addition to my teaching background, I have tutored peers in subjects like calculus and computer science and I enjoy breaking down difficult concepts into manageable steps.
