"Hi, I would love to help you develop excel/financial modeling skills or study for the GMAT!

A brief overview about me: (i) I am a Private Equity Associate on the investments team of a boutique private equity firm, (ii) I studied economics and chemistry in college, and (iii) I recently scored in the 99th percentile on the GMAT. My value proposition to prospective students is as follows: I am young, experienced, and am currently utilizing these skills in my own career right now. While other tutors may have 20+ years of experience, they are past the point in their career when these skills are necessary in a professional setting. I am passionate about teaching and take any opportunity to mentor the interns at my current firm.

Excel/financial modeling tutoring is available to all skill levels, and the curriculum can range anywhere from keyboard shortcuts to building a 3-statement LBO model with supporting schedules. My modeling course can give you a strong basis in accounting, which I believe is essential for any finance role.

As you prepare for the GMAT, it is easy to fall into the trap of overpaying for a training course that will take 10 months to complete, leaving you with only a limited understanding of your weak points.
