"Hi there! My name is Matt, and I’m a professional musician, producer, and songwriter based in Nashville. I’ve spent the past 15+ years immersed in music — touring with major artists, producing tracks in the studio, and writing songs for artists, film, and television. I also serve as a teaching artist for the Country Music Hall of Fame’s “Words & Music” program, where I help students of all ages express themselves through songwriting. My real-world experience gives me a unique perspective that blends theory with application, and I love helping students connect the dots in ways that are practical, inspiring, and tailored to their goals.
