"My name is Federico.

I'm a 34-year-old Argentine teacher, tutor, and entrepreneur. Since earning my university degree, I have been working professionally in education, letting my passion for teaching take form in many positions. I am the Founder and Co-Founder of two schools for English as a Second Language in Argentina, Leaders Institute and Kindle Institute. After moving to New York City from Buenos Aires in 2019, I made the switch from teaching English to teaching Spanish. In the States, I founded and am currently the Head Teacher of Profede, am Head Teacher, virtually, of Leaders, and am a Tutor through Lexicon Academics. Some of my previous positions include Lead Teacher (Oxford and San Augustin) and Head Teacher (San Augustin, Kindle).

I was awarded my Certificate for International Teachers of English (CITE) by Anglia Examination; I received my degrees in English-Spanish Interpretation of Conferences and English-Spanish Literary Translation from Universidad del Museo Social Argentino. I have experience teaching in a variety of settings including individually and in groups, face-to-face and virtual, and elementary school children to adult learners.

I am seasoned in vetting, hiring, training and supervising coordinators, secretaries, and teachers, the latter with an emphasis on classroom control. As a designer and supervisor of curriculums, and I take an interdisciplinary approach to ensure well-rounded learning. Motivation and innovation are my priorities when determining how to meet students' needs.
