"Hello and thank you for considering me as your tutor. The first thing you should know about me is that I am not just a tutor. Nor am I just a teacher. I am actually a professional historian, with expertise and experiences that came from more than just my degrees. I have published two books, and many articles. My dissertation won three global awards. I have worked in archives - what historians do - in foreign languages across four continents. Those experiences, of course, are buttressed by my PhD in History, in addition to two MAs in History and a BA. I was a tenure-track Assistant Professor of History - winning that job when the chances for success were less than 4%. I have taught university-level history, in addition to community college, middle school, and high school. I have more than a decade of teaching and tutoring experience.

All that is to say you are getting a lot of bang for your buck with me. I will help you finish your assignment, understand the place of that assignment in your current stage of education, and help you prepare for whatever is next in your learning journey.
