"I attended Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA for 4 years as an undergraduate Music Performance major, focusing on the oboe. I attended the Pittsburgh Creative and Performing Arts High School as well.

Professionally, I “double” on most of the woodwinds including the flutes, clarinets, and saxophones. I have over 15 years of performance experience and 10 years of experience teaching private lessons. During my time in high school, I took AP Music Theory and discovered a love and skill for theory. I received a 5 overall in the test (5 aural and 5 non-aural).
