"I am a professional private tutor who specializes in Humanities subjects. For the past ten years, I have tutored with Palm Beach International Academy in Wellington, FL. In addition to academic tutoring, I also have extensive experience with college counseling and essay writing, home school consulting and coordinating, and curriculum creation; I am a published author and professional editor. I am currently tutoring online exclusively.

After graduating from high school, I enlisted in the U.S. Army as an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Operator. I served for four years, during which time I was certified as a Paratrooper, received Secret and Top Secret clearances, and participated in multiple deployments. Following my honorable discharge, I attended the Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College of Florida Atlantic University. I majored in History, concentrating on classical civilizations and literature, and minored in English Literature and Law in American Society. I graduated magna cum laude and authored a senior thesis that analyzes the goddess Venus in Rome during the first century B.C.E.

I have taught English for grades 6-12 and provided tutoring for the same grade levels. I have also tutored AP and college-level English courses and written several high school English courses. Literature is one of my passions, and I enjoy discussing the material with students. I have over ten years of experience editing essays, and I continue to perform this task on a daily basis.
