A bit about me—

I have extensive experience working as an actress and singer in live theatre and onscreen and founded 501(c)3 nonprofit arts association The Troupe Theatre when I was a senior in high school. I trained in the Triple Threat program at Casa Mañana while I was in high school, and I am currently a rising senior working towards my Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre with an Acting emphasis at Southern Methodist University. I also do SFX makeup for film!

I have been directing, coaching, and music directing actors of various ages for three years now with theatre companies in the area in both a classroom and 1 on 1 format. I have experience coaching modern monologues, classical and Shakespearean text, vocal coaching, dialect coaching, teaching acting through the song, expanding scene work, and helping young artists build their book. I have worked with students from ages 6-18 and would be beyond excited to expand to teaching adults.

One unique thing that I can bring to your expansion as an artist in these coaching sessions is that I work both behind the casting table and in front of it. Because of this, I have firsthand knowledge of how casting works, what kinds of things a director is looking for, and how to help you find that unique spark in your current piece that makes it yours. Another unique thing that I am happy to offer my students are audition opportunities. The Troupe Theatre is always looking to cast new faces and I am happy to be that bridge when you find your classes need to be put into practice for you to continue growing.
