"Hi, I'm Will W. I'm a professional screenwriter of film and television. I have a B.F.A. from New York University and was a Fellow at the prestigious Sundance Feature Film Lab. I've written screenplays for films like Disney's Queen Of Katwe And The Reluctant Fundamentalist (starring Riz Ahmed) and helped create shows like Ray Donovan and Netflix's Cursed.

I've always had a passion for helping budding writers find their voices. I've given master classes at California Institute of the Arts, U.S.C. and Augsburg College on film writing. I've also been a mentor at the Sundance Feature Film Lab for over twelve years. There I've had the pleasure of mentoring some of the most exciting new voices in cinema, including recent Academy Award nominees. My workshop "Story of the Scene" has been a staple of the film lab for many years. I've additionally mentored filmmakers through Sundance International Labs in India, Turkey, Greece, Japan and Jordan.
