One of my proudest successes came during my time at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where I mentored a fellow student with ADHD and executive functioning challenges. I dutifully and responsibly organized his due dates and tasks, and on the personal side, I reassured and inspired him to succeed. With a skillful mixture of soft and hard skills, I broke down barriers to his success, and enabled him to flourish.

He graduated with the very prestigious Computer Science degree from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His parents - who are distinguished professors and leaders in their fields - awarded me, after many raises, a final bonus, and wrote the following note:
