"I have a Ph.D. in physics and chemistry, a Master's degree in physics, and an honors Bachelor of Science degree in physics with a minor in mathematics. My dissertation work involved computational solid-state theory, which allowed me to further develop skills in numerical analysis, math, and computer programming. I have taught at all levels and in many different subjects. I worked in the systems engineering industry for several years and currently, I'm developing applications for the iPhone and iPad.

I very much enjoy problem solving, logic, and trying to understand nature. I'm fascinated with learning, and I am excited about passing on knowledge, insights, and solutions to others. I find it extremely rewarding to help people figure things out and to observe the sense of accomplishment that results.
