I have been developing and teaching engineering workshops and coaching presentation and public speaking skills for over 30 years. Before scheduling a coaching session we will chat a few minutes to make sure I am the right coach for you. If so, I will ask you to prepare a 3 minute presentation (short bio, for example), before we meet. At the start of our session, you begin presenting. Within the first few minutes I assess your skills and what areas need improvement. We then start tackling the most important skill first, the one with the biggest bang for the buck, using my focused-but-fun proprietary lightning feedback approach! Once you’ve mastered that skill, we move on to the next, and so on. My coaching method is custom-tailored to your presentation style and skill level. Most people experience dramatic improvements in the first hour, and often, this is all you need! You decide if you want more sessions.
