"Hello! My name is John Winings, and I’m a graduate student at Purdue University studying astrodynamics. I’ve always been drawn to the challenges of problem-solving and critical thinking, which led me to pursue both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in aerospace engineering. I also earned minors in math and management, which have complemented my technical education with broader analytical and organizational skills.

I enjoy helping others develop a deeper understanding of subjects like math and physics. I believe learning is most effective when concepts are broken down into manageable pieces, allowing students to truly grasp the reasons behind each step instead of just memorizing formulas. That’s what I love about tutoring: seeing students gain confidence as they connect the dots and begin solving problems independently.

Physics has played a major role in my academic journey.
