"Hello! My name is Kaden and I am a pure mathematics Master's graduate from Boise State University (4.0 GPA). Throughout my years of math education, I have accrued a total of 6 years of tutoring experience and 2 years of teaching experience. I've tutored students in all subjects from Kindergarten to the undergraduate college level in both 1-on-1 and group settings. While a teaching assistant at Boise State University, I taught the introductory math courses consisting of mathematical modelling, college algebra and trigonometry.

As a Master's student, I took courses in abstract algebra, topology, real analysis, mathematical logic and set theory. Having specialized in mathematical logic, I have a knack for decomposing mathematical statements and problems to their core definitions/components. I've found this especially useful for tutoring/teaching and many of my students have praised me for my ability to thoroughly explain until every detail is clear and easily understandable. Before my Master's degree, I also took courses in calculus, linear algebra, differential equations, discrete math, number theory, real/complex analysis, numerical analysis, optimization and statistics.

One of the aspects I enjoy most about tutoring is sharing my passion for learning and critical thinking with others. I strive not to bombard students with random, seemingly unrelated, pieces of information and thinking processes. Rather, I learn who they are and tailor my lessons to their unique personality and learning style.
