"While I have not yet obtained my bachelor's degree in teaching, I have been helping students for most of my life. In high school, I was a tutor for the National Honor Society for two years. When I began the English program at the University of Montana, I kept tutoring through Writing Coaches of Montana. I have 5 years of experience in tutoring officially, but in middle school, I also helped students in my class with their writing. I have worked with students who are dyslexic as well as with students with ADD/ADHD. Due to COVID, I've had to learn how to tutor online, which some may find challenging, but I do not."
