"My name is Amber B and I currently work as an ESL educator in a high school setting where I teach sheltered American and World History classes. My licensure areas include: ESL, Reading Specialist, American History, Elementary Education (K-6), Middle School Education (6-8), Talented and Gifted, and Secondary English (9-12). My undergraduate degree is in Music, my masters degree is in elementary education, and I will complete my Ed.S, in reading, in May, 2025.

I have worked in the public schools of both North Carolina and Tennessee for a combined total of 20 years. I have served as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, intervention specialist, AIG (Talented and Gifted coordinator, and ESL coordinator.
