SPANISH-

If you're interested in SPANISH I tutor semesters 1-2 in person or online. This includes first year Spanish or beginners of any age including young students in dual language programs. I have an undergraduate degree in Spanish from the University of Minnesota. I have a Masters degree from Arizona State University in Bilingual Education. I have studied abroad in Spain and I've traveled in Mexico and Guatemala. I'd love to teach basic to intermediate levels of Spanish for all age groups grade school-college.

For K-3 Reading

I only tutor in person!

I've been a classroom teacher, Reading specialist, and a Gifted/talented teacher. I've tutored for over 10 years, I know how to quickly address what your child need I can provide all the materials and I can also give you ideas to practice at home.

I prefer a 15 minute or so drive of my home in Southeast Tempe. For safety reasons, I prefer to meet at a halfway location for the first meet up. Ideas of where to meet: Tempe. Mesa Dobson or Chandler Sunset Library, Panera near Chandler Mall, Tempe Starbucks or Panera at Guadalupe and Mc C. East valley- Starbucks at Mesa Dr/McQueen and Guadalupe. For some circumstances, I'm wiling to negotiate at meeting at a client's home after the first public meet up. If I meet you in your home, I will charge a higher fee.
