I recognize where someone is struggling with a concept and devise a plan to rectify it through interactive activities. I have over 20 years of teaching experience. I have been a Reading Specialist for the past 15 years teaching Pre-K through 8th grade. Continuing with on-going learning through conferences on The Science of Reading and Structured Literacy, I keep up to date with interventions that make a successful reader. I also belong to the International Literacy Association.
