"I am an interventionist in the public school system with a passion for equipping students for success. My M.Ed. in literacy with an ESL specialty led to my transition from the classroom to working with students who need additional scaffolding and support. Each tutoring session will be structured according to an effective, research-based lesson plan sequence. Phonics lessons will follow the Orton-Gillingham method, and I will provide supplemental material for parents to reinforce skills taught in the sessions.
