"I am a certified teacher and reading specialist with over 10 years of experience helping students strengthen their literacy skills. With a master’s degree in Education and Literacy, I have worked extensively with children in grades 2–8 as well as adults, both in the classroom and online. My training in Orton-Gillingham has given me a strong foundation for supporting students with dyslexia and other reading and language impairments. With these lessons, I bring patience and practical strategies, conquering all academic areas.

In addition to teaching, I have served as a Language Arts Coordinator and Academic Support Specialist, roles that allowed me to guide teachers and develop effective approaches for diverse learners. I also hold a TEFL certification and have experience tutoring English to adults, making me comfortable supporting both native and non-native speakers. I offer tutoring sessions online for convenience and can also meet students at the public library for in-person support.
