"I am a graduate student in clinical mental health counseling, and my academic training has given me a strong foundation in literacy, writing, and learning support as they relate to learning and academic skill development. I work with students from elementary school through college, helping them understand assignments, build academic skills, and approach schoolwork with more confidence and structure.

My tutoring experience includes one-on-one academic support with students working on reading, writing, and homework across a range of grade levels. I have helped students break down assignments, revise written work, improve comprehension of texts, and develop study and organization strategies that make schoolwork more manageable. My approach is collaborative and structured. Students are actively involved while I guide them through understanding directions, organizing their thinking, and applying skills they can use independently.

I conduct tutoring sessions remotely using shared documents and screen sharing, which allows me to see students’ schoolwork in real time and support them effectively. Students are welcome to bring current homework or assignments. Sessions are paced to meet individual needs while maintaining a calm, supportive environment.
