"My name is Gail and I am a permanently certified New York State school teacher. I am certified to teach kindergarten to 6th grade and special education from birth to 21 years. I have been teaching English Language Arts and Social Studies in an NYC public school for the past 26 years and I love it!

I can help your child with any elementary subject, but my special skill is getting children to love reading! I was trained in the Orton-Gillingham reading approach through Bank Street College. In addition, I have many interesting materials and innovative ways to engage children and build reading skills, both in person and online.
