"Being the daughter of a 40-year tenured teacher, I like to think I inherited some of the characteristics of my mother when it comes to helping others learn. I enjoy helping others grasp concepts and take the time to learn each and every person's style of learning before I begin working with them. Throughout my high school and college life, I was always the "go-to" person when one of my classmates had trouble understanding the material. Since then, I have worked in numerous industries including retail, wholesale, hospitality, and food service and have still held the title of "go-to" person when it comes to assisting co-workers and even senior leaders with grasping content. My style is to ask questions, use real-world examples, and help the person draw their own conclusion to arrive at the correct answer.

I am constantly taking classes in Excel, public speaking, sourcing, supply chain, and Executive management in order to keep bettering myself and expanding upon my skill set. I am happy to share my knowledge I have gained in the real world with others that need some extra attention to help them get ahead in their careers. Even though I learned a lot in school, I feel the biggest test in life is succeeding at your profession. I am open to tutoring all levels of students, although my focus is primarily on young adults entering the workforce and adults currently in the workforce.
