"I recently received my Biomedical Sciences Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida with a 3.5 GPA, taking subjects such as Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry. I was a student advisor who provided different study methods that I used in rigorous courses such as psychology and physiology. I also received my Licensed Practical Nurse license in 2020 after completing a program in high school.

I have experience mentoring and helping students in difficult courses. My tutoring methods include implementing a large number of practice questions along with the content. That way, a student is able to apply the content that they have learned in different ways. This is what I have used for students I advised in the past and it has worked before. This method is tailored towards subjects like math and science, but can be adjusted for any subject. I believe that bringing energy and a positive attitude can make a difference in how a student learns, whether that be through fun mnemonics or making up a story to remember dense content. Due to my sessions usually being 1 on 1, I can tailor my regimen based on how the student learns and their strengths and weaknesses.
