"My name is Sage. I am a recent college graduate; I majored in History and minored in English. I graduated summa cum laude from my school's honors program with a 3.9 GPA and was awarded an award by my university for the best capstone thesis in 2023! Throughout my time at university, I was unsure of if I wanted to pursue a career in teaching. After all, whenever I tell someone I have a degree in history, their first question is, "do you want to be a teacher?" I ended up focusing more on my minor instead and dedicating myself fully to my major, but even after graduating, I still feel a connection to education as a whole. When something you've done for nearly 20 years just suddenly is no longer a part of your life, you miss it! That's why I've decided to take up tutoring; to help others with my expertise, to fill this void within me, and to dabble into teaching!
