I was born in Moscow, Russia and came to the US in 1993. I graduated from Moscow Linguistic University (aka Moscow State Institute of Foreign Languages) and hold a degree in English, Linguistics & Teaching, with coursework in Translation. I teach Conversational Russian, General Russian, Business Russian, and Russian for travelers.

Some of my language students are heritage speakers. The focus of the program will be geared towards your needs. I am very patient and understand very well the challenges involved in learning a second language.

I will provide the materials for my students and homework if desired. Homework is checked outside the actual lesson. I use role playing, we watch movies and read books and have theme discussions.
