"Hi there! My name is Luis, and I’m a registered nurse working in the surgical and trauma unit, as well as a certified BLS instructor. I recently graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing. My long-term goal is to become a nurse practitioner, specializing in adult-gerontology or family practice.

I’ve been teaching and mentoring nursing students for the past year, working with learners ranging from 18 to 35 years old. My experience includes one-on-one tutoring sessions, small group review classes, and volunteer teaching at UVM. I focus on helping students strengthen their clinical reasoning, master nursing fundamentals, and prepare for the NCLEX exam.

I’m passionate about helping future nurses succeed in their classes and careers. Whether you need support with test preparation, homework, or NCLEX review, I’m here to assist! I passed the NCLEX on my first attempt right after graduation, and I’d love to share my tips and strategies to help you feel confident and prepared.
