"Hello my name is Yelena. I am from St. Petersburg, Russia and I am a tutor for the Russian language. I came to the U.S. in 1995 and have learned the English language with proficiency. I am very flexible when it comes to teaching styles and methods and can adapt to almost any requests. I can meet anywhere within reason and can promise a comfortable learning environment.

I have experience tutoring and I used to tutor for PALS International. I was teaching Russian for the engineers at Chrysler and Magna. I taught the Chrysler engineers conversations, culture, and Russian traditions and prepared them for a trip to Russia. I have great communication skills and am very easy to get along with. I have a college degree from Russia in engineering so I can assist with a technical vocabulary. I can teach vocabulary and grammar rules as they pertain to speaking, reading, and writing. I am able to tutor groups along with individuals.

I can promise you a great learning experience and have much knowledge and wisdom to pass along to any willing students. Although I do not have a teaching license I have tutored before and can deliver a lot. I can bring my own supplies and materials for tutoring and I am available in the evenings and weekends.
