My own journey began with self-studying for the SAT/PSAT, resulting in my achievement of the National Merit Scholarship with a top 1% score. I continued on to self-study for the MCAT while balancing a full-time job and achieved a top 8% score. These experiences not only proved my effective study techniques but also ignited my desire to help students like you!

With a full scholarship, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Studies and graduated with triple honors and As in the health sciences. However, this was not an easy endeavor as I had to adapt to new environments and a rigorous curriculum. I understand the obstacles students face and am committed to helping you overcome them!

My teaching philosophy centers on creating a focused and encouraging learning environment. I believe in actively encouraging questions and incorporating hands-on learning to ensure a deep understanding of the material. My students have shown remarkable improvement after working with me. One of my proudest moments was when I helped one of my students with ADHD learn to enjoy chemistry, fill in knowledge gaps, and double-check for careless mistakes, leading to a test score increase from a 0 to an 80!
