My name is Zane B., and I am excited for the opportunity to be your tutor. I am proud to have earned a B.S. in Microbiology and a PharmD and am thrilled to be currently employed as a pharmacist. When I’m not working in the pharmacy, I love to help students with math and science. It is because of this passion that I taught high school math and science for four years and have been tutoring hundreds of students for over nine years.

I am an experienced tutor specializing in math and science. My areas of science expertise include biology and chemistry, and I am quite comfortable with physics. My math specialties include elementary math, pre-algebra, algebra I and II, geometry, trigonometry, and pre-calculus. Having taken advanced coursework in various biomedical topics, I would be happy to help with more specialized courses as well.

Put simply, I have a love for teaching, and I have striven to cultivate a teaching style that incorporates informative, enjoyable activities designed to help any student learn, review, and retain big picture concepts and details in preparation for turning in assignments and taking exams.
