"I am a class of 2024 college graduate, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry with a minor in Geography and graduated with a 3.96 GPA. Throughout my time, I was consistently named to the Dean’s List and received the Susquehanna Valley ACS Award for excellence in chemistry. My academic experience included advanced coursework and research in analytical and organic chemistry, which has given me a strong foundation for helping students understand complex scientific concepts in a clear and engaging way.

My teaching experience began early in college and continued throughout my four years. I served as a Teaching Assistant for General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry I, and Quantitative Analysis labs, where I worked directly with undergraduate students to explain concepts, demonstrate lab techniques, and guide them through problem-solving exercises. These roles allowed me to support students in both one-on-one and small group settings, helping them strengthen their understanding and confidence.

Outside of college, I have worked as a camp counselor, teaching and mentoring elementary through high school students in a fun, supportive environment. I worked professionally as a scientist in biochemistry, where I applied the same attention to detail and problem-solving skills that I bring to tutoring. My approach is patient, interactive, and tailored to each student’s needs. I believe in breaking down challenging material into manageable steps and encouraging curiosity and confidence along the way. My goal is to help every student develop a deeper understanding of science, math, and elementary school education, and a genuine appreciation for learning.
