"I’m a scientist and educator with a deep commitment to helping children thrive academically. I hold a Master of Public Health and a graduate certificate in Data-Driven Decision Making from Boise State, and I’m currently completing my Master of Science in Epidemiology at Johns Hopkins University. My academic background gives me a strong foundation in evidence-based learning and a practical understanding of how kids develop and absorb new information.

I’ve taught and mentored students at various stages of education, from TAing graduate courses to tutoring my own nieces and nephews in reading, writing, and math. I also have experience volunteering with early childhood education programs like Baby Steps in Boise. These experiences have shaped my tutoring style into one that is both structured and playful, informed by developmental psychology and tailored to the unique strengths of each child.
