I’m ITIL certified and a former Epic builder (OpTime/Anesthesia) with over 15 years in the IT field, leading teams in Fortune 500 environments, managing enterprise service operations, and driving process improvement initiatives using tools like ServiceNow, Power BI, and AI solutions.
