"I am a licensed teacher in the state of California with authorizations and Theatre and dance. I am qualified to teach English language learners, completing the CTEL subtests for teachers. I have completed coursework at UC Riverside to teach secondary English. Additionally, I have passed all California CSET English tests, qualify me to work with Grade 7- through 12. I can provide rigorous coursework for students needing additional challenge, or differentiate for English language learners.

I received my bachelors from Luther College with Majors and music and dance, and masters in teaching K through 12 Theatre and dance from Hamline University in St. Paul Minnesota. I bring a lot of teaching management techniques and learning strategies to learners interested in exploring the arts.

Currently I am pursuing coursework with UCLA to obtain a multiple subjects credential, complementing my current work teaching elementary school students in Los Angeles.

My work with special needs includes working as a one on one in Minneapolis Public Schools, being a personal care assistant for students with nonverbal autism, and working at camps for kids with medical needs.
